What are they planning to do with 2x 787 VIP?

Their route network is really small, I don't understand where all these planes are supposed to be flying. Perhaps most of them will actually be flying for the parent airline HU?

As to 748i... didn't Boeing "accidentally" shown the HK Air/HU tail on its "747-8 customer page"
