I was at the Novotel in January. For a place to sleep, it fit the bill, and transport to and from the airport was free and timely. Don't expect to be blown away by a standard room (the bathroom's shower was a bit middling), but for a simple night's stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
ETA in light of YYC's added photos: The bathroom in my room didn't look that nice (but the room looked similar).
