I wouldn't. It's rarely a good idea to tax the mathematical ability of a front-line CSR. Instead you should make it as easy as possible for the person to give you the maximum points.
That was my reaction as well. I would have preferred using my SWA RR "stuff" but figured it would be more trouble than it was worth, and I didn't think there was enough time to sort it all out. I was just wondering if anyone had tried and what the outcome was.
