United FAQ - Your Guide to United and Life's Greater Mysteries
Well hello there, and welcome to the consolidated United FAQ. 
We're currently working on combining the FAQ threads from both the legacy Continental and United forums, as well as providing onward links where appropriate.
Due to the somewhat chaotic "dynamic" environment which currently exists between CO and UA you'll find most of the posts here contain two answers to the same question - as UA and CO might each have their own specific ways, policies, procedures, etc. - as for the time being as a final answer on many questions are still up in the air (and of course once we have a final answer we'll update the posts with the relevant information.)
