We met many years ago on a day you were working - I had a flight to RNO and you were trying to find VDBs for a family of 6. I volunteered but there weren't enough others and the family didn't want to split up. You handled it very professionally despite the rather unpleasant situation.
I'm sure that was one of many examples of the great work you did.
