Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? YES, and surprisingly/welcoming in ZBF, priority boarding and rows were enforced, great to see even on a Dash 8.

The in charge was perfect. The announcements were fast, short and sweet. She did understand that it was better to get the announcements finished rather than assuming the entire aircraft wanted to listen to her talk. It was refreshing to say the least. Addressed us by name. Mr. lcohen999, you must put your cell away for landing, etc.

Excellent service, wish more crews were like this one.
