You are cranky and make no sense- I expect the booking to fit the description- I don't need deceptive practices by Hotwire or any other company, regardless of if it is a transparent/opaque booking or not.

Irregardless of the elevator issue this property is not up to snuff by any 4 star description and Hotwire toes the line on false advertisement by using their own star rating system, etc. I won't be tricked by them again and maybe if others refused to as well they would be forced to change thier practices so that people less savy than FTers don't get duped.

I did book and pay for a 4*, but got nothing close to that. Hotwire agreed, and they refunded my money. I have since booked through Priceline (which I have used tons of times without problems or deceptions) and am very happy with the results, as usual.

I try to walk a lot, but sometimes my legs don't work so well and access is important to me and sadly necessary at times. Not my fault, and Hotwire has procedures in place to ensure access, and when no access is available they do work with you, which I give them credit for.

Because of this, does this mean I have to pay full price and can't try my luck on Hotwire? Of course not, that's just being rediculous and discriminatory as well.

If you had read down, you would see Hotwire solved the problem and everything has been resolved to my satisfaction and theirs.

So if you think I am going to lay down because I have an illness you better think twice! I am going to live my life just like everyone else, if not better and not accept some half rate "bargain" room if its not as advertised and I certainly won't take you berating me because I may need an elevator due to a serious ilness!
