the liability for the primary card holder is not a win for him/her. only a lose. either the liability, or a chance that the credit score is effected (every card/inquiry to the credit bureau effect the score) so there is nothing for the primary card holder.

i suggest that you take the matter in our own hands and figure out another way to get what you want.
