Earlier today I nicked a parked rental car with my rental (am presently in a vacation spot with very high rental car density).

It's at a resort and I left a note/told the front desk but have not yet spoken to the driver.

Declined all insurance but have primary with Diners and also have coverage for my own car.

What would the typical procedure be for this and am I insured?
