Trying to understand how this works:

Seatmaps show 4 unassigned seats in C and 1 in F

Flight details shows (among other classes): F2 A0 C6 D6 Z6

Does this imply that UA is willing to sell 2 additional tickets in C (even though there are only 4 available)? Similary, taking a chance by offering an additional F ticket?

I suppose if everybody shows up then it is VDB time? Do folks in F ever get VDB'd?
