How does this work?

I received an email about this from M+ today. So I clicked on it and it took me to my itineraries. And nothing regarding upgrades was on offer anywhere.

Could the reason be that all itineraries I have right now are upgraded or waitlisted using certificates?

What should I see when I get this email?
