Uh, just about all ROP Golds have by now received this offer. Never had any trouble confirming the awards--last year used mine for PEK-BKK-LAX so that's pretty long-haul (though no F on BKK-LAX). The only time they might not have inventory is for some super-busy time like Christmas. Some routes, summer can be tight but usually that affects Y awards more than the premium classes, IMO.
