i think the raffles paris would be a nightmare !!! - though i havent tried i can just imagine STARCK !! ....was being facetious ..would not go there !!

even if MO were to open .unless its been given a good 3 months run in i would not touch it either.

if you want a great and hassle free time [ cos you DESERVE IT !! ] ild go for the more tried and tested ...but the park hyatt has its limitations and with your luck with park hyatts and unless you are a premium loyal guest it may not be the best choice nor value.

i like the meurice and le bristol esp so for its location.

otherwise .. i have heard good comments of the grand intercon !!...not in the special luxury sense but a good solid hotel.

tremoille hotel is a conran venture ..more style than substance [ think stockholm and vienna and london ]

if they have done/ at least refurb / touched up the hotel lancaster and the Pershing Hall hotel ...you may want to consider them - suites would be good value

i stayed at the pershing hall a year after it opened ..i thuroughly enjoyed it but its an andree putman designed hotel which i must admit had a lot to do with my rave ....she is a fab fave designer of mine !!! ..so i am biased
