I am sure these questions have been answered somewhere, but seach did not find them and too many old pages to wade through.

Regarding the Chase Brit. Air VISA:

I have a card and earned a Compan. Pass (2 for 1) last year - using it this year.

Due to some medical bills, I nearly have my $30k for 2011 already.

1. If I go over in, say, April - with my Comp. Pass expire April 2013? Does this mean travel must be complete (vs. booked) by that date?

My wife also has a B.A. Visa. We are not linked as Household yet.
2. If we become a Household Acct., will she still be able to get a companion pass if she goes over $30 in charges this year (remember I will be over in April)?? ie. Does B.A. restrict Comp. Pass to one per Household Acct.??

3. Can I get my adult son (same address) a B.A. VISA with bonus and then add him to the Household Acct later?

An obscure question:
3. Assuming we have the above 3 in a Household account and I die, do the miles (and unused Comp. pass) in my account move over to my wife and son -- or do they just cancel those in my acct?
