A new wave of industrial action has not been announced. A vote has been taken and it resulted in a Yes vote for action, but the BASSA secretary has actually said they don't necessarily intend to call any strikes and nothing has changed since before the ballot was announced.

Even if a strike is called, its effect will be largely inconsequential in how it will affect getting from A to B. Service levels might, however, be affected.
