You could always buy nested tickets.

Buy SFO-SIN with SIN-SFO some random date in the future,
when you need to travel back to SFO, use the original ticket to get you SIN-SFO and then buy another SIN-SFO.

Just make sure the dates on the SIN-SFO can be changed, for low or no fe or set for a long time in the future wen you know you will be returning to SFO.
