As it happens, I doubt IAG will do anything at all until Iberia is integrated (and someone sorts out the inefficient industrial issues in Madrid).
a) what makes you think IB is ever going to be integrated? and b) Industrial relations in MAD are NEVER going to be sorted IMHO. They are part of the Spanish culture!
