Not sure it would do me much good: valid only for Miles & More, and the way they even know you are on board is through your M & M number which you provide at the time of ticketing, so if you buy a LH ticket but register with, say, a United Mileage Plus number, their system won't find you and the FAs won't know you are aboard. I suppose I could complete the application and provide my United MP # and see what happens.
