i've had some issues with refunds that still are not solved. I really do wonder if they actually read what you write .. Some of my things go back 30 days, and they just never answer .. so if they think it's just too hard to hard for them to understand / handle. Just re-queue it and let someone else worry about it. Has UA picked up one of the worse attributes to CO ?
