1. I have booked a trip from Vancouver to Heathrow in economy with a stopover of a few days to take in, "The Wedding", then onto Venice. My return I booked in WTP and used miles to upgrade to Business - my very first. I have since thought I should have at least gone WTP from Vancouver to Heathrow. Do you know if I can change the cabin without paying the $250 change fee. As you may have guessed I am a lowely Blue.

2. I booked by phone and I did not realize until I looked in "Manage my Booking" I had been booked from Venice to Gatwick and not Venice to Heathrow then onto Vancouver in the same day. As this is my first in Business I am looking forward to the lounge experience. Having to travel between airports takes time out of the lounge experience. There is a flight from Venice to Heathrow do you think they would change my flight to arrive into Heathrow without the change fee of $250.

3. I apologize if this is covered in the stickies where there is so much to learn there should be a "test" after joining the Executive Club on how much you have learn about each topic such as "How do you upgrade your booking" or "Which is the best seat on a 747 when travelling alone in business".
