At check in just give them your MR number. Then you will get any points that stay on your folio at checkout.

If the company has arragned a "master bill" and routes your charges to a master folio, you won't get any points as your folio will be left with no activity. If they let you pay it on yuor credit card the charges left on your folio you will get the points.
