The junior suite we had was nicely appointed and refurbished.

Beware that some junior suites actually have a worse view of the lake than a lowly regular room due to the L shape room configuration and in our case the pool patio blocking the view.

After the air conditioning konked out in our junior suite (despite repeated assurances from the hotel that it would somehow revive operation) we elected to downgrade to a non-renovated, tired looking, air conditioned, lakeside view room--which my wife and I actually favored.

The view outside more than made up for the tired room inside and drew our eyes off the shocking lack of room upkeep for what is touted as a luxury hotel.
