I would consider it a quirk in how the res system works (similar to the website). I doubt in Shares/QIK she could have pulled availability on a specific flight number. She heard ANC-PHX on Monday so searched for that. At US that will pull up the Tuesday am flight.

Agreed she should have clarified, but then again she did by reading it back to you. Nothing malicious or neglectful, but an antiquated computer system.
