reward flight available thru Qantas search but not BAEC
Is it common for a partner reward to show as available when searching with Qantas then to be unavailable when calling BAEC? I was searching for an AY flight and even called BAEC to check on the specific one that showed as available under Qantas and the BAEC agent couldn't find it. I thought oneworld reward availability should be the same for all the airlines?
