It seems a bit much to me that WN expects us all to create our own spreadsheets and keep them updated with this info, as well as keeping another spreadsheet to track our TTFs or whatever we have decided to call them.
They have the info and they could write the software to extract it. I can go to Amex/Chase/whoever and get detail on any transaction back YEARS.
It would also have been nice to get an email saying that this data would not be available post-3/1/11 and if we wanted it, we'd better save a copy. How damn hard would that have been? Five minutes of some low-level goof's time? Does anyone in WN's IT department think about the user experience AT ALL? Or did I miss such an announcement?
Agreed on all fronts. My latest Rapid Rewards e-mail says I'm at 28 segments. Took two one-ways since then, with three one-ways coming up between now and Monday. Will I make the A-List by next week? No clue, because I don't know what segments may be dropping off between now and then.
