You can e-mail customer service from preferredguest.com, then click on customer service, e-mail us, missing credits inquiry or just call 888-625-4991.

As long as they can see that the stay posted, I've never had a problem with them crediting the 500 points for me when they have been missed.

BTW, was the Sheraton B'ham as bad as I've heard?
