My flight is 1500 FLL EWR on march 31th seems like Co already upgraded Platinum, but not gold or silvers, theres still available seats for mileage upgrade, is it normal or should I call to an agent, does it has something to do that I dont fly often continental, I am a frequent flyer of its principal associate Copa airlines who also use the Onepass as frequent flyer program.
