Best is to rent a car at JNB as you really need a car in Pretoria, otherwise the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Car costs under USD 20 per day and it is an easy drive from JNB to the Sheraton (but be careful about the infamous SA roads, jet lag and the inevitable 20 mph trucks on the highway).
