Service update. Just completed a second stay at this place. No upgrade this time, only small amenity plate with bakery items.
The service is still luke-ward, things take ages. A good surprise was the 643 Grill, the manager (Markus) was excellent, and so was the food. Got some great SA Wine recommendations also. The Grill is definetely a high-note of this hotel.
