I too did not make a spread sheet of my existing credits and their expiration dates for the rolling CP qualification as I thought (silly me!) that they would be included on the new website. I knew that my first CP qualification would be occurring around March 3 if all my partner credits were reported and counted. I finally got through on the 214 number, and was able to receive a file sent to me via email of my old credits and their partner codes. I had still been waiting on old car rental credits, so having the specific partner label was of utmost importance.

From this form I knew that I had indeed qualified for my CP pending posting of those car rentals. Even though they have not yet been posted to my account on the current website (as points now), I was notified that I got the CP with a 12/31/12 expiration date. I am not sure if these straggler credits have been reported to Southwest, thus qualifying me, and just have not yet made it to my online account as points. Time will tell.
