My nomination for the cheapest meal item was the desert last month from GCM-LHR - a lemon tart.

Yes, a piece of pastry with a smudging of lemon curd on it. No sauce, no cream, no ice cream. Just a piece of pastry with lemon, straight out of Iceland, by the looks of it.
