Miles for testers [MFU posting issues]
Hi all,
I am a liitle upset with BA.
I just came back from a flight: outbound in WT, inbound in WT+ MFUd to CW. All booked over phone with BA.
In my executive club statement, I see 0 miles and 0 TP for the outbound.
Inbound did not post yet.
But hey, this is not news. We all know BA can't cope with this situations.
However, BA took it to the next level: I still can access my booking and it says I will get the correct number of TP and miles
So, which one is correct? Surely the statement should be the one to trust.
Either this is a super clever way of posting all the miles on the inbound or just money wasted on a useless functionality.
I would still be ok with this, if there was a way to report this bug and get the correct number of miles and points. Why call BA and spend time and money on something they messed up?
I suggest a petition to BA. Let's call it miles for testers: Provide a way to report bugs in your application, or pay compensation when we are forced to spend time and money even though BA is at fault.
BA comes with the miles, we come with the testing. In the end everyone is happy.
