I only said this as the OP mentioned having re-booked about 10 times on a previous post and its only been a few days.
I have rung customer service in the UK (at 10p/minute) and someone said they would have a person call me back who would be able to make the points/cash reservation for me. 2hours later and no call back but I'll give it a few more before I try again.
Hopefully this snag will be picked up soon, not sure how to get through to IT but that's the department we ideally need!
