Not quite having recovered from my last flight of 31hrs MSP-NRT I am thinking about using China Air MSP-LAX-TPE. I would us Delta to LAX. My search did not find out if we get full miles when using China air? It is a partner but I have seen comments about not getting full milage on some partners. Do you have to wait until 90 days out to get seat assignments? I just do the multi stop option at Delta.com to book this? This trip will probably be the end of May so I better get it booked. Thanks
