It would be something that is done in the event of a Pre Planned Emergency Landing. Hopefully, you, like me, have never had one! We do not explicitly say "If I am dead, you need to unbuckle me and move my body out the way..." it is implied through the information about harness operation and then the fact that you would have to operate the door and slide etc...
