Just to add weight - I just had an occasion where a tax charge wasn't refunded after a change. A quick email to the "refunds" address, and it was resolved - so there's no need to contact Joanna for this

(note - the only way I knew it had been was by looking at my credit card statement - I didn't actually get any reply)
