How about 2 C and 2 Y on the same plane? That should probably be possible I would think. My wife and I can then switch places halfway through the trip.

I travel from ~60-75k/year on average--1/2 domestic and 1/2 international. I was considering doing what you suggested. I could live without E+ for domestic but international would hurt. My company carrier is United so I fly UA 90% of the time.
