Assumably you will get some responses, but my opinion is that your question is far too broad. My personal feeling is that the majority of interactions, issues, concerns are in relation to the hotels themselves. The mileage for that, as they say, varies. My own experience with the Hilton I stay at nearly weekly has been mostly positive - with the staff working very hard to meet every request or concern of mine. Even if that were not true - that would have nothing to do with Hilton as a whole. The only things people may comment on are around HH. So far - my experience with that has been fine also. The real test will come when I try to redeem the points I have accumulated.
Am not trying to be critical of your post. Just pointing out that I personally believe that very few issues can be attributed to "pet peeves with Hilton".
