I wonder if the regime change in Egypt will eventually result in SPG's brands receiving some long-needed investment. What with the Cairo Sheraton being owned by the Government of Egypt, I would assume that this fact explained its threadbare condition; perhaps a less corrupt regime will not skim all the profits and allow businesses to thrive.
