For jollies, I called into the customer care group in Dallas. They said they had no plans to make credits earned prior to Jan. 2011 available to view via the RR website. However, you can now see how many credits you have going back a full 12-months, ie, the rolling method, via the new 'Transition Activity Status' summary in the RR Report emails that have just begun to roll out.

You can also call in and they can tell you the status of all those old points, when they expire, how many more flight credits you need to get AL or CP using the rolling 12-month formula.
