Many FTers and other frequent flyers complained to AC. I´d say there hasn´t been that much uproar in all those years.

Basically there are three camps:

- a few people who benefit from the changes and are happy
- some who are unhappy, but don´t have a huge amount of choices (especially for flights within Canada)
- many who are unhappy and are reducing their amount of business with AC and are re-evaluating their options (especially int´l FFs who suffer the most from the changes and also have alternatives)
