Not sure about seat power , but would personally prefer the window one as less exposed to aisle traffic and with lot of lateral space on the storage bin under the window. And as it is a bulk-head seat, it allows you to move out without bothering to much the passenger eventually seating in the aisle seat. Personally, find LH businesss service and food great but the C seats , on all their planes, are not very comfy for me and up to main competition. Also, having flown SQ's and QF's 380s in all classes , except F (but as per the LH one , all on the initial back upper deck ) find the LH's 380 surprisingly not as
silent as the other ones. May be are the different engines, but as this , with space , is one of the main things as a passenger you will notice the first time
you fly the 380 , I found the relative high level of noice on LH 380 unexpectedly and negatively surprising (for the seat , I knew what i was getting, so no surprises).
