How can I attain elite status with Continental Airlines with the use of a CC?
I was able to do get Gold Elite before using the AMEX Centurion card - but the AMEX/Continental relationship is ending towards the end of this year (Sept. 2011). Anyway to do it now without purchasing tickets?
