you missed months and months of angry complaints, it will probably be worse next year, since without the 10 goodwill credits, Elites won't have enough credits for a RT TPAC/TATL upgrade without giving up the 50% bonus

here's to wishing eUpgrade credits earned after October will have a full 365 days before they expire
