This has now been confirmed to be an issue with the GTC engine itself.
As a work-around, when specifying the time window (e.g. 17:00), you can either:
- Increase the [Limit] to 60 flights,
-or-
- Keep the [Sort By] at the default setting (Connections) and then click the [Depart] column heading to re-sort by Time, once the results appear.
