I used VTG to book a transatlantic cruise last year. Celebrity. As I was traveling by myself, I inquired into the single plus supplement rate. Turns out it was cheaper (by just a few dollars though) to book phantom no-show for the other bed in my room. $398 per person for 14 days was still a deal at twice the price!

I've used them one other time also. No problems. And I'm not a newbie here.

I also have good luck with Pavlus (www.cheapertravel.com). Have booked a number of tours with them -mostly just on-line. A couple minor issues (of my making, not theirs) were quickly and helpfully sorted out by their phone people though.
