I guess you could say I'm a "regular" here. Sounds like you might have gotten a Loft Suite that was in the process of being renovated. They are doing that right now, also installing the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds. I think they said completion for all rooms is mid-February.
Your room (like all there) should have had an alarm clock in it. Mine always do, no matter what room type. The Service Promise desk at this hotel is exemplary, in my experience. I'm certain if you called they would have run an alarm clock radio to you in an instant, or offered you another room and some points for your inconvenience. Did you call to complain during your stay? From the sounds of things, you certainly were entitled to something for the missing items.
I stayed there just this past weekend on a much lower Winter Weekend rate ($65) and once again got a great upgrade to this very nice Suite:

Parking fees are not uncommon at the higher end Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton branded properties around Disneyland. Garden Inns and mid and lower levels...those are usually free parking. That's just the way it goes.
Most of the suites have refrigerators already in them. If not and in other room types there is a "per stay" fee for a frig to be brought in. Microwaves are available as well for a fee.
In all fairness, many hotels like this are not really designed to attract the frig and cooking crowd, and that's why they are not automatically included in all rooms. There are other types of properties galore that offer that type of room.
One of the big attractions of the Sheraton is that it's a nice and fairly short walk to Disney, if you don't want to do the comp bus thing.
Also the standard room size here is one of the largest in the area (525 sq.ft. vs 325 to 425 at most others), and that is particulary attractive to families that might want a little extra room for the rug rats and/or roll-away beds. Take a look at this Standard room (pre-renovation/Sweet Sleeper) and the space at the foot of the beds. Also, if you look closely, you'll also spot the alarm clock radio:
