Starting with Nobu's miso black cod, I haven't been able to pass up this dish whenever I see it on a menu.

Kaddo Bourani (best has been The Helmand, Cambridge MA)

Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur Hot Dogs (Reykjavik, Iceland)
