You probably weren't entitled to anything, and for a booking within europe which is going to earn relatively few miles, don't get so irritated and just write it off as bad luck.
Actually, it is not too many miles so I am really not too bothered about the missing miles.
I am just irritated by the "no response" when they do not have a standard reply for it.
That is why I want to push it a little further and write to someone instead.
