Doesn't BA offer CW fares that are around 180 pound cheaper but you can't chose your seat unless you have status?

I would like a J class fare that offers economy service but a J seat. I fly BA for the seat so I could not care less about the rest. I am a little hesitant to fly AirAsia long haul (they offer this product) but mostly because of their poor connections in Europe (ORY and STN).
